A cozy neighborhood conveniently located in south Olathe

with quick access to I-35, Hwy 169, and 151st Street,

near Garmin and KU Health (formerly Olathe Medical Center).

Neighborhood Sales: Neighborhood Sales are held twice a year:

• Spring Sale: In April, on the last Friday & Saturday

• Fall Sale: In October, on the first Friday & Saturday

• Garage sales may only be held at other times with written permission from the Board of Directors

Friendly Reminders:

• TRASH Pickup is Tuesday. Trash/recycling/yard waste bins can not be out before sundown on the day prior to pickup, and must be returned to your garage by the end of that day.

• STREET PARKING: Overnight vehicle street parking is prohibited.

• EXTERIOR HOME CHANGES: First you need to submit an Architectural Change Request if you are making a change to the exterior of your home (such as paint, roof, fence, landscaping, exterior construction).  The SWD Architectural Committee will review to ensure the request is within the established guidelines and criteria for Saddlewood Downs. You will receive a response from the Architectural Committee.  An Architectural Change Request form can be found in the documents section of this website.

• PETS: Carry waste bags and pick up after your four-legged friends when walking them around the neighborhood.
